Before You Book

We strive to meet all of your expectations. Prices are a starting guide. If your hair needs extra services to achieve your desired result, we'll inform you of any additional costs before starting.  Please read the following T&Cs prior to booking an appointment with us.

At Polly, your appointment time is reserved especially for you and we value the time our stylists set aside for each guest.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

We completely understand that life happens, but late cancellations leave little opportunity for us to fill your appointment time.

Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
